Why GTEE Cinnamon?

Cinnamon quills, on their own, are underrated; most of us only meet them as a background note in chai. Made purely from the bark, this infusion lets the spice carry the whole cup instead of sharing it. No green tea, no added flavour, no filler just cinnamon, the way it smelled the last time someone was cooking with a whole stick of it.

How to Use

  • Step 1

Place one tea bag in a cup.
  • Step 2

Pour 120 ml of freshly boiled water (85–90°C) over it.
  • Step 3

Leave it to infuse for 3–5 minutes.
  • Step 4

Serve hot. Don't add milk, and don't boil the bag in water directly. Note: Not recommended for children below 12 years. Limit to 3 tea bags per day. Those on diabetes medication should check with their doctor before making this a daily habit.
