Why Killi Nannari?

Not every root on the shelf carries the same strength. Nannari that's harvested too early, stored carelessly, or ground into a fine powder loses much of what makes it worth brewing in the first place. That's why Killi keeps it crushed, not powdered, holding onto the fibre and character of the root the way your grandmother's sarbath always demanded. Sourced from Indian farms and dried the traditional way in Madras, this is the same root your family has always trusted, just packed with a little more care.

How to Use

  • Step 1

Take one teaspoon (3- 5 g) of crushed Killi Nannari root.
  • Step 2

Boil it in a cup of hot water for a few minutes.
  • Step 3

Filter the liquid into a glass and add sugar to taste.
  • Step 4

Squeeze in a little lemon juice and mix it through.
  • Step 5

Serve chilled for a classic Nannari Sarbath, or warm on cooler days.
