Step 1
Place one tea bag in a cup. -
Step 2
Pour 120ml freshly boiled water (85–90°C) over it. -
Step 3
Leave it to infuse for 2–3 minutes. -
Step 4
Sweeten with sugar or honey if you prefer. -
Step 5
Serve hot or cold. Don't add milk, and don't boil the bag in water directly.
