Why THIASA Sulaimani Chai?

Sulaimani has always been a tea of ritual as much as taste: the lemon squeezed in at the end, the spices simmered rather than stirred in cold. We've kept that sequence exactly as it's meant to be: black tea, real spice, and a last-minute citrus lift that a tea bag steeped in milk could never replicate.

How to Use

  • Step 1

Add ½ teaspoon (2g) of Sulaimani to a teapot and pour 150ml boiled water over it, or boil the tea directly in water.
  • Step 2

Add 1½ teaspoons sugar or honey and mix well.
  • Step 3

Close the teapot and leave to infuse for 3–5 minutes.
