Step 1
As a drink: Mix 1 teaspoon (2–3g) of Killi Sukku Powder with 150ml hot water or milk, and drink when required. -
Step 2
As sukku tea: To 1 spoon of Sukku powder, add cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and fennel. Boil for 2–3 minutes, filter, and serve. -
Step 3
As a seasoning: Add a pinch to curries and masalas for added flavour.
