Step 1
Boil one teaspoon (3–5g) of Killi Mudakathan Powder in 150ml water for 5 minutes. -
Step 2
Filter and drink. Add salt and pepper to enhance the taste, if required. -
Step 3
Take twice weekly. -
Step 4
Can also be mixed into rice, rasam, dosa batter, thuvaiyal, and chutney.
