Step 1
Boil half a teaspoon (2–3g) of Killi Thuthuvalai Powder in 150ml water for 5 minutes. -
Step 2
Filter and drink. Add salt and pepper to enhance the taste, if required. -
Step 3
Take twice daily. -
Step 4
Can also be mixed into rice, rasam, dosa batter, thuvaiyal, and chutney.
